- ALWAYS OVER-COMMUNICATE – especially in asking
questions in what the other parties want and need.
- NEVER be late!
- ALWAYS leave a job site/project cleaner than when we
came.
- ALWAYS fix/repair/replace OUR mistakes – the customer
shouldn’t pay for our mistakes.
- REMEMBER – it’s THEIR money, home, project we’re
working with!
- REMEMBER – they could’ve hired someone else.
- REMEMBER – they remember their last business
interaction with a real estate “professional” – make it a GOOD memory!
The job may be done when we’re
finished but it’s COMPLETE when the customer is HAPPY!
