Mr. Charles C. Emmons owns Pop’s Realty Services (among other companies). He is a Certified Financial Planner, licensed Realtor, Certified Residential Property Manger and registered General Contractor. He actively works in each and every home doing what he calls “grunt labor” so that he can oversee and ensure that his crew and any specialists perform in top form. Pop’s Realty Services, is a General Contracting company that does all the work in the homes S & P Home-Works, Inc. rehabs and also performs general contracting services for other investors. He also owns Dallas Asset Management, a property management company that currently manages 20+ single family homes for himself and other investors.

As a father of 6, all of whom he has “grounded” at some time so they would have to do chores such as paint, build fences and patio covers, or construct flowerbeds, he now answers mostly to agnomen, “Pop”. That back-fired on him and now on any given day, from 1 to 5 of his adult children are working with him! He says one day he’ll be watching the grandchildren build complete homes.

Chuck teaches C&W dancing when he has time and claims his 3 daughters are his best dance partners. He also is reputed to be the “Oldest Living & Still Riding Bull Rider” in local, small time rodeos that he says he doesn’t recommend but that it keeps him from getting “old & fat”.

Jason is a 2001 graduate of Stephen F. Austin University with a degree in Kinesiology. Jake works with Pop full time and is the “lead” for most projects like total rehabs. His favorite projects are fence construction and total bathroom remodels. Jake’s son Austin (currently 9) is beginning to learn how to help “DaDa".

Steve is married to Pop’s oldest daughter, Shannon, and they have 5 daughters. When he isn’t busy with his day job (corporate recruiter) or his daughters, he plays soccer and helps Pop on weekends. Building fences and patio covers are his favorite projects.

Katie is a sophomore at College of Interior Design, El Centro where she is working toward her degree in Interior Design. She also works part-time for a property management company. Although only 21, “K K” has over 8 years experience and work on over 100 homes under her belt. Her favorite projects are ceramic tile and she is Pop’s “color expert”.

John is a junior at the University of Texas at Dallas, where he is majoring in accounting. He works part-time in an accounting firm and helps Pop on the weekend. John would rather help build anything than paint a dog house! His favorite projects are anything involving construction with wood and only in the months of March and October when it’s not to hot or cold. (He NEEDS to be a CPA.) LOL!

Joanna is an accountant in a private firm where she just got promoted again. She has helped paint on many larger projects but would rather dance with Pop than work for him.
